We are looking for someone with an  architecture background and a strong interest in outreach, communication, and growth  to help us connect with architects and institutions interested in our programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys  speaking with people, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right opportunities . If you enjoy conversations, outreach, and helping people make informed career decisions, this role could be a great fit.

Role Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Management:  Reach out to potential participants and institutions, categorize leads, and schedule follow-ups and calls.
Sales Tracking:  Maintain an organized Excel-based enrollment sheet tracking lead status (Hot/Warm/Cold), calls, and payment status.
Communication:  Respond to queries, guide potential participants, and maintain consistent communication with interested candidates.
Templatization:  Create and maintain Whats App and email messaging templates for outreach, reminders, and follow-ups.
Course Coordination:  Support participant onboarding by managing access to recordings, course drives, and sharing relevant resources.

Whom We Are Looking For

Someone with a  background in Architecture or Design
Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
Strong  communication and persuasion skills
Organized and comfortable with  Excel or lead tracking systems
Someone who enjoys  outreach, conversations, and guiding people through decisions

Internship Structure

Duration:  6 Months
Mode:  Remote
Compensation:

This role offers a  percentage-based commission on every successful enrollment . You will earn a  competitive commission per sale , with  no cap on earning potential .
