We are looking for an experienced Events Marketer to join our squad.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute end-to-end event marketing strategies aligned with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
Plan and manage a variety of events including owned events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Own event planning, execution, and post-event follow-ups to drive registrations, engagement, and pipeline.
Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid, and content marketing) to promote events and maximize attendance.
Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and content teams to align messaging and enable effective follow-ups
Measure event performance across MQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI, and CPL, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all event touchpoints and marketing materials.
Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, and logistics efficiently.
Great If You've Achieved This
Experience in B2B event marketing within SaaS or enterprise tech environments.
Proficiency in platforms like Hub Spot or similar marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality, pipeline attribution, and ROI from events.
Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and leadership.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable adapting event strategies based on data and evolving market needs.
What You Will Achieve In 90 Days
Develop a strong understanding of the GTM strategy and target audience.
Audit existing events and campaigns to identify quick wins and improvement areas.
Build strong relationships across sales, customer success, product, and content teams.
Successfully deliver at least one small-to-mid-scale marketing activation such as a webinar or hosted event.
What You Will Achieve In 180 Days
Execute multiple high-impact event marketing campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth.
Execute multiple high-impact partner and event marketing campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth.
Optimize event performance metrics and regularly report outcomes to leadership.
Strengthen brand presence through consistent, engaging, and high-quality event experiences.
Establish scalable event frameworks and playbooks for future growth.
