Key Responsibilities:
Student profiling & university/course recommendations
Applications, SOPs, LORs, timelines & visa guidance
Mentoring junior counsellors
Driving ethical conversions & high visa success rates
You should have:
4+ years in overseas education counselling
Strong admissions & visa knowledge
Excellent communication & student-first mindset
CRM experience is a plus
