Junior Academic Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Academic Counselor located in Ernakulam, Kerala. The Junior Academic Counselor will assist students in identifying and pursuing their educational and career goals. Daily responsibilities include one-on-one counseling with students, providing academic advising, guiding course selections, and offering support tailored to individual needs. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless educational journey for students.

Skills & Qualifications
Freshers with good interpersonal skills  to effectively interact with students and colleagues
Excellent in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students towards their academic and professional goals
Experience in Academic Advising and knowledge of Education systems and practices
Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic and solution-oriented counseling
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with IT-related courses and career paths is an added advantage
