Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will provide direct support and guidance to students, assist them in selecting suitable academic and career paths, and offer personalized counseling to meet their educational goals. Additionally, the role involves addressing students' concerns, offering advice, and providing resources to help them succeed. The counselor will work closely with students, parents, and faculty to ensure student success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Academic Advising and Education
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
Knowledge of academic programs, career opportunities, and educational trends
Empathy and the ability to build trustful relationships with students
