Role Overview :
We are seeking an  experienced and dynamic Middle School English Teacher  to handle  Grades 6, 7, and 8 . The ideal candidate should have a  strong command of the English language , expertise in  grammar, literature, creative writing, and spoken English , and the ability to engage middle school students with innovative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach  English Language & Literature  for  Grades 6, 7, and 8  as per the  CBSE curriculum .
Design and implement  engaging lesson plans  that enhance reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Foster  critical thinking, comprehension, and analytical skills  through literature discussions and activities.
Encourage  creative writing  and spoken English through  debates, public speaking, storytelling, and essay writing .
Use  technology-driven teaching methods  to make learning interactive and effective.
Conduct  assessments and provide feedback  to help students improve their language proficiency.
Maintain  classroom discipline and an encouraging learning environment  that promotes student participation.
Organize  literary activities, reading clubs, essay competitions, and school events  related to English.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to enhance the  English language program .
Communicate effectively with  parents regarding student progress and development .

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational

Qualification:

B.A./M.A. in English with

B.Ed.

Experience:

5 to 10 years  of teaching English at the middle school level ( CBSE experience preferred ).

Skills:

Strong foundation in  grammar, literature, creative writing, and spoken English .
Excellent  communication and storytelling  skills.
Passion for  student engagement and interactive learning .
Proficiency in  technology-enhanced teaching methodologies .
