Educational

Qualification:

Diploma in Special Education (Dip. S.Ed.) or Bachelor of Education in Special Education (B.Ed. S.Ed.)
Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration
Additional certifications in AAC, Behavior Therapy, or Sensory Integration will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
Conduct structured therapeutic and academic sessions tailored to each child's needs
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff for comprehensive support
Maintain accurate progress records and documentation

Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
