Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Foundation Years Coordinator to lead and manage Nursery to Grade 2. The role involves curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, student progress monitoring, and fostering strong parent engagement to ensure holistic development of young learners in line with CBSE and NEP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee curriculum planning and delivery for Nursery–Grade 2.
Mentor and support teachers through training, feedback, and classroom observations.
Monitor student learning outcomes and implement interventions where needed.
Organize parent engagement programs and maintain transparent communication.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education (B.Ed preferred).
5–8 years of experience in early years/primary education, with leadership exposure.
Strong understanding of CBSE early years framework and child development.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
