Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAT Academic Head to lead and scale our SAT Prep Program. This hybrid role demands a balance of academic expertise, team leadership, and curriculum development to ensure student success and consistent academic quality across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction Design
Build and maintain a robust SAT curriculum (Reading, Writing, Math) aligned with the latest digital SAT format.
Develop strategy guides, practice sets, mock tests, pacing plans, and learning trackers.
Ensure academic content is continuously updated and benchmarked for global competitiveness.
Faculty Training & Mentorship
Train new SAT instructors on delivery, pedagogy, and score-boost strategies.
Conduct academic audits, review demo sessions, and ensure lesson quality standards.
Lead monthly academic huddles and skill-enhancement workshops for SAT mentors.
Student Performance Strategy
Oversee diagnostics, student onboarding plans, and progress mapping.
Guide high-performing and underperforming students with tailored preparation plans.
Collaborate with the performance tracking and analytics team to refine intervention strategies.
Academic Leadership & Operations
Act as the academic face of the SAT division for parent consultations and internal strategy meets.
Work with the Founder's Office and support teams to streamline academic workflows.
Contribute to content digitization, LMS alignment, and long-term vision planning for SAT.
Required Qualifications
3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAT prep (teaching + curriculum).
Strong understanding of the new digital SAT pattern and question logic.
Prior experience in curriculum design and academic leadership is preferred.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and presentation skills.
Must be available for regular in-person strategy meetings and team collaborations in Delhi NCR.
