Skoolabs AI is building intelligent academic support systems for CBSE schools using Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to help schools strengthen curriculum delivery, improve assessment practices, and streamline academic workflows through practical, educator-first solutions.
We are in the early growth stage and are looking for a hands-on academic professional to work closely with the founder in shaping programs and understanding real school needs.
Role Overview
This is an on-ground, outcome-driven role combining academic understanding with structured analysis and program development. The Academic Program Associate will actively engage with CBSE schools, identify curriculum and assessment challenges, and contribute to product design and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet CBSE school leaders and academic coordinators to understand curriculum and assessment practices
• Identify pain points in teaching, evaluation, and academic planning
• Translate academic challenges into structured insights and improvement ideas
• Participate in brainstorming and refining program design
• Support pilot testing and feedback collection from schools
• Assist in presenting academic value propositions during institutional discussions
Ideal Profile
• 4–8 years of experience in CBSE school ecosystem
• Experience as Academic Coordinator / Senior Teacher / Program Lead preferred
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment framework (Grades 6–12)
• Analytical and structured thinker
• Comfortable meeting schools and working independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from early stage
