Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all university examination activities to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely declaration of results in accordance with academic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct semester, supplementary, and special examinations
Coordinate question paper setting, evaluation, and result processing
Ensure secure handling of examination materials and data
Oversee declaration of results, transcripts, and certificates
Handle revaluation, grievances, and examination-related queries
Supervise examination staff and coordinate with academic departments
Ensure compliance with UGC and university regulations
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree (PhD preferred)
8–12 years of experience in university examination administration
Skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of examination systems and ERP
High integrity and attention to detail
