to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is intended for educators who have worked within Reggio or inquiry-led early learning environments and who genuinely practice child-led, relationship-driven learning.

Role Overview

As an Early Years Facilitator, you will:
Facilitate inquiry-based learning emerging from children’s interests
Design rich learning environments using open-ended and natural materials
Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning journeys
Work closely with fellow facilitators and school leadership
Build strong, respectful partnerships with parents
Ensure children’s wellbeing, inclusion, and emotional safety
Qualifications & Experience

Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Prior experience in Reggio-inspired or inquiry-driven early years programs (essential)
Strong understanding of early childhood development and documentation practices
Reflective mindset and comfort with evolving pedagogy
