Role Description
We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales and School Outreach Associate to grow Learn with Leaders’ school partnerships and drive student enrollments globally.
This is a full-time remote role focused on building relationships with schools, converting leads into enrollments, and consistently achieving revenue and enrollment targets. You will engage with school leaders, educators, counselors, and student communities through outreach, presentations, and ongoing follow-ups.
You will own the end-to-end pipeline. From prospecting and generating leads to closing enrollments and maintaining long-term school relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative selling, and can confidently communicate the value of premium education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive school outreach and build partnerships with school leadership, counselors, and educators
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building
- Conduct virtual presentations, program briefings, and student or parent sessions to convert interest into enrollments
- Own the sales pipeline. Manage outreach, follow-ups, conversions, and reporting through CRM tools
- Respond to incoming queries from schools, educators, students, and parents with speed and clarity
- Collaborate with internal marketing and program teams to meet enrollment targets and improve conversion rates
- Maintain strong post-enrollment relationships with schools to enable repeat enrollments and referrals
Qualifications (Sales-Focused Version)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust quickly
- Proven sales ability. Experience generating leads, closing enrollments, and meeting targets
- Strong relationship-building capability with schools, educators, and decision-makers
- Comfortable presenting confidently to groups, running online sessions, and handling objections
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support stakeholders throughout the journey
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for education and helping young people access global opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling education programs, training services, or B2B/B2C solutions
- Experience working with schools, counselors, or student communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
