Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for counseling prospective students on available educational and career opportunities, managing inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process. The role includes collaborating with students and families to address their needs, ensuring a seamless and positive enrollment experience, and achieving admission targets through effective communication and engagement strategies.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Customer Service and Sales experience is mandatory
This is a target based sales role- so experience in meeting targets is required
Experience or knowledge in the Education field is an advantage
Ability to build trusting relationships with students and families
Proficiency in guiding candidates to make informed decisions about academic and career paths
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
