Responsibilities
Conduct research to develop and improve science education programs for children.
Collaborate with educators to design hands-on experiments and activities that enhance learning.
Analyze data from educational programs to evaluate their effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Engage with children and families in community outreach events to promote science education.
Stay updated on current scientific research and educational methodologies to inform program development.
Contribute to grant writing and funding proposals to support ongoing research initiatives.
Publish research findings in academic journals and present at conferences to share insights and findings with the wider scientific community.
Requirements
Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics, education).
Demonstrated experience in conducting scientific research and presenting findings.
Strong understanding of childhood development and educational methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
Experience in program development or educational curriculum design is a plus.
Passion for inspiring children and contributing to science education initiatives.
