Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards across centers
- Plan and conduct teacher training and academic workshops
- Monitor academic quality through audits, center visits, and reviews
- Guide and mentor academic teams and center heads
- Support curriculum enhancement and academic content development
- Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education / Child Development (preferred)
- 7–12 years of experience in preschool/school academics
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel pan-India
