Role:
We are looking to onboard a compassionate and proactive   Consultant Gynaecologist   to join our team at Pinky Promise Private Limited, one of India's leading Preventive Health and Wellness Digital Clinic for Women. The ideal candidate will focus on diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of gynaecological conditions through our app's innovative chat and call based interface. You will provide quality care, guide patients through treatment, and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.

We are looking for a candidate who places high importance on patient centric care, is a good listener and believes in giving quality care to women irrespective of their sexual activity.

Responsibilities:
Needs to be passionate about holistic women's health and willing to take on and treat not just the disease, but the patient as a whole and be patient-centric.
Should be able to oversee the online consultations or teleconsultations within the Gynaecology Department. This includes chat, voice and video consultations.
Diagnose, manage, and treat common gynaecological conditions, including vaginal infections, uterine conditions, and other reproductive health issues.
Provide clear communication to patients about their conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
Actively communicate with patients regarding preventive healthcare steps like Testing, Lifestyle Modification Programs, Pap smear, Vaccinations, etc.
Demonstrate and offer strong empathy and professional care to women while dealing with their concerns throughout their treatment journey.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Gynaecology and related healthcare practices.
Willing to work in collaboration with other specialists in order for the patient to have the best possible comprehensive care.
Provide inputs and ideas for constant improvement of service delivery.
Actively participate and provide support in awareness, promotional and marketing activities like video content, blogs etc.

Required Qualifications:

MBBS from a recognized Indian University
MD / MS / DNB / DGO in Gynaecology from a recognized Indian University
1+ years of experience post-MD/DNB/DGO in the field of gynaecology, particularly in managing common gynaecological conditions.
Strong knowledge of reproductive health, gynaecological procedures, and medical treatments.

Required Clinical Qualities and Skillsets:
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a holistic, wholesome approach to healthcare
Understanding the active need for preventive and primary healthcare of women.
Experience in treating common gynaecological conditions, such as menstrual irregularities, infections, and uterine health issues.
Patience to deal with women who have negligible idea about their body, health and healthcare system
Strong believer of non-judgmental, empathetic care and body neutrality.
Interest in continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in gynaecology.
Familiarity with digital healthcare tools or telemedicine platforms.

Consultancy Requirements:
Indian State Medical Council-registered Gynaecologist

Experience with teleconsultations and awareness of basic technology and digital healthcare tools.
Provide satisfactory availability for teleconsultations to provide primary healthcare to women.
Teleconsultations over multiple mediums:
chats (at least 6 hours for 7 days a week),
voice/phone calls and video (at least 2 hours per day)
It will be an exclusive consultancy during mutually agreed upon hours.
Further discussion and finalization will be done over interviews/meetings.
