Interventional Cardiologist

About the Role

We are inviting applications for a dynamic and skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our expanding, high-performing cardiology team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, state-of-the-art Cath Lab, with exposure to complex coronary and structural heart interventions in a collaborative, academically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform complex coronary interventions, including CHIP / high-risk PCI
- Independently handle high-volume diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Utilize coronary imaging modalities such as IVUS and OCT for procedural optimization
- Participate in and/or develop expertise in Structural Heart Interventions, including:
- TAVI / TAVR
- Mitra Clip and other transcatheter valve therapies
- Contribute to clinical decision-making, heart team discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in academic activities, teaching, research, and clinical audits
- Work collaboratively with cardiology, cardiac surgery, anesthesia, and critical care teams

Required Expertise & Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in complex PCI
- Proficiency in IVUS / OCT-guided interventions
- Exposure to or keen interest in structural heart procedures
- Ability to manage high-risk and critically ill cardiac patients
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Eligibility & Qualifications

- DM / DrNB Cardiology
- 5–6+ years of post-qualification experience preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
- Proven track record in interventional cardiology
- Team-oriented, growth-focused, and academically inclined professional
