Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our team. This role involves designing aesthetically pleasing and functional wellness products that align with our mission of sustainability and health. You will be responsible for the entire product design process, from brainstorming initial ideas to finalizing designs for production. The position is based in Patel Nagar, New Delhi, offers a full-time engagement, and provides a salary range of 40-45k.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in product design, preferably in the health, wellness, or related industries.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and CAD tools.
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market research.
Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design thinking, problem-solving, and visual communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design innovative and functional products that align with the brands mission and market trends.
Collaborate with the New Product Development (NPD) team to understand design requirements and create detailed sketches and prototypes.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Work closely with sourcing executives to select sustainable materials and ensure that design specifications are production-friendly.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in design software and techniques.
Present design concepts in a clear and visually engaging manner to stakeholders and team members.
