3D Designer – Events & Activations

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented  3D Designer  with strong experience in the  event & experiential marketing industry . You will be responsible for visualizing concepts into high-quality  3D designs and walkthrough renders  for brand activations, festivals, exhibitions, and live experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed  3D designs and walkthrough animations  for events, brand activations, and experiential setups
Translate creative concepts and client briefs into immersive spatial designs
Develop realistic renders including lighting, textures, materials, and scale
Collaborate closely with creative, client servicing, and production teams
Adapt designs based on client feedback, budgets, and on-ground feasibility
Prepare final presentation-ready visuals for client pitches and approvals
Support production teams with technical drawings and execution clarity when required

Must-Have Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a  3D Designer in the events / experiential / activation industry
Strong expertise in walkthrough renders and animated fly-throughs (mandatory)
Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max / Blender / Cinema 4D / Sketch Up + V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Unreal
Strong understanding of spatial design, structures, materials, and fabrication logic
Ability to work on tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A solid portfolio showcasing events, activations, exhibitions, or experiential work

Good to Have

Experience with large-format brand activations, festivals, or experiential zones
Knowledge of on-ground execution constraints and fabrication processes
Motion graphics or basic animation skills
Experience working with agencies and brand marketing teams
