Video Editor

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with a strong command of motion graphics and 2D animation, who lives and breathes short-form, fast-paced content. This role is perfect for someone who has extensively worked on Reels, You Tube Shorts, and platform-native videos and can deliver high volumes of engaging content without compromising on quality.

You’ll be working on social-first videos designed to grab attention in the first 3 seconds, drive engagement, and align with evolving platform trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form, high-impact videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Linked In, X, and other social platforms
- Create and integrate motion graphics and 2D animations to elevate storytelling and visual appeal
- Deliver bulk video outputs while maintaining consistency, speed, and quality
- Adapt edits to different platform formats, aspect ratios, and content styles
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and social teams to translate briefs into engaging visuals
- Use AI tools and automation to improve turnaround time and creative efficiency
- Stay updated on social media trends, transitions, effects, and editing styles

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing for social media
- Strong expertise in motion graphics and 2D animation
- Proven experience working on Reels, Shorts, and fast-paced social videos
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video tools and relevant editing platforms
- Ability to manage high-volume delivery in tight timelines
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience attention dynamics

Good to Have

- Experience working with brands, creators, or content-led platforms
- Understanding of performance-driven content (retention, hooks, CTAs)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and what makes content “scroll-stopping”

Location Requirement

- This is a remote role, but the candidate must be based in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon for operational alignment and collaboration.
