Responsibilities
Collaborate with both the Interaction Design and Visual Design teams to conceptualize and create micro animations, motion graphics, transitions, and visually appealing visual assets that enhance user interactions and experiences, while also aligning with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Utilize a deep understanding of motion principles and design principles, including color theory, typography, and other visual design fundamentals, to create cohesive and engaging user experiences and design deliverables.
Apply advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Figma and PowerPoint, to produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and design assets.
Demonstrate proficiency in sound editing techniques and software, to enhance audio quality and integrate sound effects seamlessly into motion graphics and animations.
Leverage expertise in chroma key or green screen recording techniques to integrate live-action footage seamlessly into motion graphics and animations, as well as familiarity with web video optimization techniques to ensure optimal performance and user experience
Apply 3D animation knowledge, including SVG animation and tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender, to develop immersive and visually stunning visual effects for digital products, along with the creation of logos, branding, icons, illustrations, and infographics.
Contribute to social media marketing efforts by crafting creative animated posts, engaging visual content, and graphics for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, visual designers, interaction designers, developers, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics, animation design, graphic design, and visual communication, and share insights with the team.
You Offer
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics, animation work, and UI design projects
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, as well as skills in creating stunning presentations using Figma and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in sound editing techniques and software, such as Adobe Audition or similar tools, and familiarity with chroma key or green screen recording techniques
Knowledge of web video optimization techniques, SVG animation, and 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is highly desirable
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
