About the Role:
We are looking for a Studio Artwork Designer (Prepress) with a strong eye for detail and deep understanding of print production. The ideal candidate will handle artwork adaptation, layout correction, and prepress preparation for high-quality print deliverables across packaging, retail, and marketing collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, adapt, and finalize artworks for print production in line with brand guidelines.
Prepare print-ready files ensuring all technical specifications (bleed, dyelines, trapping, color modes, etc.) are accurate.
Work closely with designers, account managers, and printers to ensure quality output and consistency.
Perform quality checks and preflight checks on files before release.
Manage multiple artwork projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
Understand and apply repro and color management principles.
Maintain organized file structures and version control across projects.
Required
Skills & Experience:
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Studio/Prepress/Artwork Production roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat .
Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, gravure) .
Attention to detail and ability to handle brand consistency across materials.
Experience working with packaging, FMCG, or advertising agencies preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
