What you'll do:

Create engaging, high-quality short-form videos tailored for Tik Tok's global audience.
Work on a content flow where Tik Tok is accessed through VPN and content is published for international reach.
Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and challenges to produce timely and relevant content.
Collaborate with the creative teams to align videos with the brand's tone and objectives.
Build a consistent posting rhythm to increase visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot, edit, script, and publish Tik Tok videos optimised for engagement.
Research global Tik Tok trends daily and implement them creatively for the company.
Develop fresh concepts that resonate with productivity, lifestyle, and digital well-being themes.
Monitor performance of content and refine ideas based on insights.
Maintain an organised library of ideas, drafts, and trend references.
Ensure the quality and style of all videos match Jolt's brand identity

What we are looking for:

Strong understanding of Tik Tok's global culture, algorithms, and content formats.
Skilled in video editing tools (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Highly creative with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
Up-to-date knowledge of what's trending — sounds, memes, challenges, formats.
Ability to think fast, adapt quickly, and create content on short timelines.
Past experience in content creation or short-form video production is a plus.
