Job Description : A Creative Producer plays a key role in managing the development and execution of creative projects from concept to completion. This role combines project management, creative direction, and production skills to bring alive the LA being created for Pocket Fm.
The Creative Producer is responsible for overseeing the creative outcome, planning, execution, and delivery of creative content. This includes working closely with creative teams (writers, CPI teams, GMs), clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of a project align with the brand's vision, meet quality standards and stay on schedule
What You'll Do
Create a creative deck, look book, discuss and coordinate all creative oversight with the production house and the director
Ensuring all discussions are aligned with the best quality output and are implemented on set
Collaborate and manage the end-to-end production process for creative projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets
Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production for content such as videos, photo shoots, campaigns, or digital experiences
Overlook and provide detailed feedback during post production (Color, sound, opening, cliffhanger shots etc)
What You'll Need
Strong understanding of creative processes and storytelling across various media (Preferably vertical drama)
Ideation, Story boarding and Direction, editing and delivering final output of the LA. Basically end to end process of shooting
Proven experience in production management and direction
Ability to balance creative vision with practical constraints like budget and deadlines
