Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Noida. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Other responsibilities include coordinating with team members and stakeholders, resource allocation, facilitating communication across departments, and handling project-related documentation.

• Plan and coordinate project activities and schedules

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and timelines

• Ensure smooth communication between departments

• Support project planning and resource allocation

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:45 AM
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
