Key Responsibility ( Accounts & Finance ) :
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and daily financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on receivables
Perform bank reconciliations and expense monitoring
Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports
Administration:
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
Coordinate with vendors and manage operational payments
Ensure timely handling of administrative tasks
Support management with financial data and reporting
Requirements:
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, reporting)
Familiarity with Tally / Zoho Books or similar software
Highly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
Strong ownership mindset and reliability
