We are hiring - Executive Assistant

Location:

Okhla Industrial Area, Phase - 1, New Delhi (On-site)
Salary:  ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed)

Experience:

2–4 Years (Mandatory experience in an EA/PA role)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented  Executive Assistant  to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a 'gatekeeper' who can manage complex schedules, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure the office runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:  Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for the Director.
Communication:  Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics:  Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas).
Documentation:  Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes; ensure all files are organized and accessible.
Task Tracking:  Follow up on pending tasks with various departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Office Coordination:  Handle basic administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualification

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
Communication:  Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Tech Savvy:  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Professionalism:  Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proximity:  Preference will be given to candidates residing in South Delhi or those with an easy commute to Okhla Phase 1.
