Job Summary  The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities   Reception & Guest Handling
Greet visitors, clients, and employees courteously and professionally.
Manage visitor entry, maintain the visitor register, and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely assistance for guests.
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Telephone Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Take clear messages and ensure timely follow-up with concerned departments.
Handle general inquiries politely and provide accurate information.
Front Desk Administration
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Coordinate outgoing couriers and maintain related records.
Assist in scheduling meeting rooms and coordinating visitor appointments.
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Coordination & Support
Liaise with housekeeping, security, and admin teams for smooth front office operations.
Handle minor queries or concerns raised by visitors and employees.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications & Skills   Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Desired Attributes   Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
Professional appearance and etiquette.
Organized, punctual, and reliable.
