Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
Provide information about the company and services to clients and visitors
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry
Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Basic knowledge of office management procedures
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
