Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in New Delhi. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Responsibilities include performing receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, managing clerical tasks, and maintaining a professional environment for employees and visitors.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in conducting receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing front desk operations.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
Solid clerical skills, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office records.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to assist clients and provide a welcoming experience.
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly desirable.
Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and fluency in English and regional languages will be an advantage.
