Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Accounts & Admin Executive  to manage day-to-day accounting, financial, and administrative activities for our shipping and logistics operations. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, administrative efficiency, and coordination with internal teams, banks, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Collect, verify, and collate invoices and supporting documents on a daily basis.
Record financial transactions accurately in  Tally ERP .
Manage banking activities including payments, deposits, reconciliations, and fund transfers.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, expense vouchers, and related documentation.
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial controls.
Support tax and statutory compliance, including  GST, TDS , and other applicable regulations.
Assist with audits and other accounting-related activities as required.
Administrative Duties
Oversee routine office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of contracts, bills, and statutory records.
Liaise with banks, government offices, and regulatory authorities when required.
Support management by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in  Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration .
1–2 years  of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the  shipping or logistics industry .
Proficiency in  Tally ERP ,  MS Office Suite , and sound knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Attributes
Exposure to shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the shipping/logistics sector.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
