Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls professionally
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor access
- Handle courier, mail, and document management
- Maintain office records, files, and databases
- Support HR and admin tasks such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
- Assist in travel arrangements and basic expense tracking
- Ensure the reception and common areas are well-maintained
Shift Timings: 1 P.M. to 9 P.M.
