Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial tasks, focusing on accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable. Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop is mandatory. Additional responsibilities may include working with accounting software to ensure accuracy, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team with regular reporting.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements preparation, and managing Journal Entries.
Experience using Quick Books Desktop and understanding of general finance principles.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a remote setting.
Prior experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role are required.
Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to meet during the North American timezones.
