About the Role

We are urgently hiring an experienced Accounts Executive for our Delhi location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting processes and be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Accounting)

Manage complete accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of books

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

Bank reconciliation & vendor reconciliation

GST computation, return filing & compliance

TDS calculation & filing

Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements

Coordination with auditors for statutory and internal audits

Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies

What We Are Looking For

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Experience in Tally / ERP / Accounting Software

Good understanding of Indian accounting standards

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Immediate joiners preferred

Technical Skills Required

Good command over MS Office

Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis, etc.)

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

CA Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout candidates are also eligible

Candidate must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year (no long leave plans preferred)
