Account Executive

Role Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and strong working knowledge of Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP.
Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes..
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow records.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Proficient in Tally ERP (Tally Prime experience is a plus).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
