Parttime Accountant

At Nocturnnal Media, we manage some of India's most exciting creators and influencers. The creator economy is booming, Influencers are building serious businesses, brands are investing heavily, and agencies like us are at the center of it all.

But with growth comes responsibility.

And that's where you come in. We are looking for an Accountant who isn't just good with numbers but can also communicate effortlessly with creators, brands, and our internal team. Someone who understands that:
Income is irregular, but expenses and taxes aren't.
Barter deals, collabs, gifting, and affiliate earnings all come with financial nuances.
International payments, GST, and agency collaborations need careful structuring.
Budgeting for creators is not just about costs — it's about planning for growth.
Your Role:  Manage day-to-day accounting (invoices, GST, TDS, reconciliations).
Track payments from brands and payouts to creators.
Prepare simple reports that creators and managers actually understand.
Communicate clearly with creators, brands, and our internal team — no jargon, just clarity.

Who You Are: A  qualified accountant (CA Inter /

B.Com + relevant experience) with 1–3 years of experience.
Fluent in English + Hindi (written & spoken).
Someone who enjoys conversations as much as crunching numbers.
Based in Delhi — this is an in-office, part-time role (flexible timings).
Curious about the creator economy and eager to grow with it.

Qualifications
Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking
Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Proficiency in accounting software and tools; knowledge of MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
