Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Handle payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Implement financial controls and process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and support management with financial insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
1–3 years of post-qualification experience (fresh CAs may also apply depending on need).
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST & TDS laws.
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working in IT/Staffing/Consulting environments.
Exposure to financial planning and MIS reporting.
