Qualifications and Skills:

- Tax Expertise:
- Experience in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax regulations, ensuring compliance with current laws.

- Accounting Proficiency:
- Expertise in accounting and reconciliation, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

- Finalization of Accounts:
- Prepare and finalize accounts and balance sheets while adhering to high standards of accounting principles.

- Comprehensive Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and tax optimization.

- End-to-End Exposure:
- Hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing from initial accounting entries to statutory audits.

- Knowledge of Auditing Standards:
- Familiarity with statutory audits for corporates in diverse sectors such as Infrastructure and IT.

- Cross-Departmental Audits:
- Perform audits across multiple departments including Sales/Purchases, Expenses/Payroll, Property/Plant/Equipment, and Inventory.

- Compliance and Documentation:
- Review related party transactions, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation for regulatory purposes.

- Strong Methodological Foundation:
- Possess a strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk-based auditing practices.
