Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain and review general ledger and trial balance.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Coordinate with departments for accurate expense tracking and reporting.
Assist in financial analysis for decision-making and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
CA Inter/Final (preferred but not mandatory).
6–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
