Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced  US Accounting & Onboarding Specialist  with a background in IT staffing. The role involves managing client invoicing, contractor payroll coordination, accounts receivable, and end-to-end onboarding for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

3+ years of US staffing accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
Coordinate US multi-state payroll compliance.
Handle onboarding documentation (W4, I-9, E-Verify, agreements).

Experience with payroll coordination and VMS systems.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books).

Requirements:
Accounting & Finance:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations.
Coordinate US payroll processing with payroll vendors.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Maintain employee tax documentation (W-4, I-9, etc.).
Support audits and maintain compliance records.
Coordinate with CPA firms for tax filings and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, etc.).
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Onboarding & HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (W2, C2C, 1099).
Prepare and collect employment documentation and agreements.
Coordinate background checks and employment verification.
Ensure accurate setup of employees in HR/payroll systems.
Maintain onboarding trackers and compliance documentation.
