Required:
4–8 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Statutory Compliance
(Multi-location / Pan-India exposure preferred)
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant/Semi Qualified/CA Inter
- Strong exposure to statutory compliance, MIS and financial reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Responsible for end-to-end accounts Payable activities including vendor invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and Preparation of AP ageing reports and outstanding analysis
- Responsible for end-to-end accounts Receivable activities, Preparation and issuance of Invoices as per agreed terms and contracts, Ensuring accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting standards
- Support revenue recognition in line with applicable accounting standards and internal policy
- Consolidation of accounts for multiple state/Branch offices
- Review of provisions, accruals, fixed assets, and depreciation
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (AS)/ Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS)
Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Ensure accurate TDS deduction, payment, and reconciliation for vendor and professional payments.
- Perform section-wise TDS reconciliation with books, challans, and Form 26Q/26AS.
- Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and books of accounts.
- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate statutory and compliance risks
- Ensure GST compliance, reconciliations, and documentation
State Office & Multi-Location Accounting
- Monitoring state-wise compliance, expenses, and revenues
- Ensuring adherence to standardized accounting policies and SOPs across locations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Statutory Compliance
- Knowledge of Ms office and Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and accounting software
- (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in multi-state or pan-India operations
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and compliance-driven approach
- Specifically highlighting experience in Not-for-Profit / Industry Associations / Section-8 companies.
