We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support peers in financial reporting and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle

GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax

workings, registrations, returns, and timely filings
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns
Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions and compliance
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments
Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
Assist in monthly and year-end closing of accounts
Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in

English, Kannada, and Hindi

(spoken and written)
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred.
CTC: 4.2L (Based on skill set & experience relevancy)
