Reports To:

Chartered Accountant

Job Description:

(a)

Bookkeeping.
(b)

Calculating TDS, making TDS payments and preparing and filing TDS returns.
(c)

Preparing and filing GSTR 1.
(d)

Calculating GST Payable, Making GST payments and preparing and Filing GSTR 3B.
(e)

Making GST Reconciliations.
(f)

Making PF and ESIC payments and filing returns.
(g)

Making PT payments and filing PT returns.
(h)

Updating Sales and Purchases templates (excel).
(i)

Making Payment Vouchers (PVs).
(j)

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable along with outgoing and incoming payments.
(k)

Assisting in Annual statutory audits.
(l)

Preparing ITRs of Directors and Companies.
(m) Assisting in Income Tax audits.
(n)

Assisting in Transfer Pricing Audit forms filings.
(o)

Assisting in MCA (ROC) compliances.
(p)

Other regular office work.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresher or

Experience of up to 1 year.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.
Five Days Working (Monday to Friday)
10 am to 7 pm
Budget of the Company:
INR 17,000 to 20,000 per month
