In deze rol ondersteun je bewoners om sociale vaardigheden aan te leren en hun zelfredzaamheid te vergroten. Je werkt in een team en stelt samen met de jongvolwassene en gedragsdeskundige haalbare doelen op. Dit biedt een kans om bij te dragen aan de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de bewoners in een open en innovatief team.
