You’ll understand the core needs of clients, earn their trust, and transform opportunities into proposals that create value for both our clients and Quicksilver. Working closely with professionals, you’ll maximise commercial opportunities and increase our impact in the market.

You will:
Efficiently generate and follow up on leads (both inbound and outbound), close deals, and draft SOWs & POCs
Collaborate closely with our partners
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Analyse client needs and translate them into compelling propositions
Contribute to the growth of Quicksilver by achieving sales and commercial goals
Strengthen our reputation as a trusted advisor in supply chain challenges
Work with internal teams to meet expectations and deliver long-term client value
Be the commercial face of Quicksilver, helping clients move forward while driving our ambitions.
What You Bring You’re driven, curious, and results-focused. You bring:
Proven experience managing theentire sales cyclein a B2B environment, with at least five years in a sales-related role within the supply chain sector
A strong commercial instinct and an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
The ability to analyse client needs and proactively address them
Persuasiveness, accountability, and a results-driven approach
Experience with CRM tools and forecast management
A focus on creating value and driving sustainable growth
Familiarity with topics like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operational Planning, or IBP.
You’re a team player who can also work independently, taking full ownership of opportunities and results.
