Als Operator geef je leiding aan een team binnen de productie afdeling en zorg je voor een goed functionerend team. Je bent coachend en mede verantwoordelijk voor de productie output. Als Operator bedien je ook verschillende machines en deze kan je zelf omstellen of ombouwen. Ook ben je bezig met de afdeling logistiek om er voor te zorgen dat alle grondstoffen tijdig aanwezig zijn zodat het proces geen hinder zal ervaren.

- Bereid in 2-ploegendienst te werken
- Leiding gevende ervaring/Coachen medewerkers
- Technisch onderlegd & Kennis van Nederlands/Engels taal
- Bedienen machines op verschillende productielijnen
- Leiding geven aan het productie team
- Opleiden van operators en productie medewerkers
