Een zorgorganisatie in Zuid-Holland zoekt een gedreven meewerkend teamleider voor de jeugdhulp. In deze rol combineer je coördinatoren taken met directe begeleiding van jongeren van 16 tot 21 jaar. Je hebt een afgeronde zorggerelateerde HBO-opleiding en ervaring in de jeugdhulpverlening. Wij bieden een professionele werkomgeving met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en samenwerking binnen een enthousiast team. Salaris conform CAO jeugdzorg, schaal 11.
