We are currently hiring Dutch and Flemish speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join a premium automotive brand project
. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service or sales experience
, preferably within luxury or premium brands
.
1. Customer Experience Specialist (Flemish-speaking)
Location: Remote from Spain
Headcount: 2
2. Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking)
Location: Barcelona (Remote possible if based in Barcelona after training)
Headcount: 2
⚠️ For the Dutch role, candidates must be located in Barcelona for the training period.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer experience support for a premium automotive brand.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
.
Provide product information and assistance related to vehicles and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
.
Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish (depending on the role).
Good level of English for internal communication.
Previous experience in customer service or sales
.
Experience with in luxury, premium, or automotive brands is highly preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
.
Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
Working ConditionsStart Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 39 hours/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
