OverviewThis is a full‑time,
hybrid career opportunity based out of one of our Fulton Bank locations within our 5‑state footprint of PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA
.
Typical work hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, hybrid schedule is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home following successful training period.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team as well as customers and prospects by analyzing financial data, preparing sales reports, completing administrative data tasks and assisting in the onboarding and development of solutions for clients. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a firm understanding of Treasury products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, customer service/implementation teams, and clients.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the evaluation, selection and analysis of products, solutions, and services to be recommended to the client.
- Responsible for establishing client pricing structure and recommending deviation from standard based on market analysis and research. Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable products and services, including understanding of value and client benefit.
- Provide support to sales team. Consult and coordinate with sales officers on pre‑sales planning activities by performing data analysis on clients and providing client information as it pertains to account transactions and product history. Coordinate Relationship Manager referrals and other administrative duties in the sales process. Also responsible for responding to any incoming requests for additional information or proposals and managing the process by analyzing client data to make recommendations on the best possible products and services.
- Monitor the sales onboarding process to ensure delivery of services to the client. Prepare annual client reviews by researching client history and making any necessary recommendations or proposals to ensure quality customer service is met.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to gather requirements, present findings, and discuss solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain an active role in responding to and completing sales opportunities with customers needing Treasury services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and industry trends. Coordinate marketing materials, event sponsor ships and other activities to promote brand visibility.
- May require familiarity with International Treasury products.
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: general studies. (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, or international business. (Preferred)
Experience• 2 or more years banking, sales administration or International Trade‑related role. (Required)
• 2 or more years proven experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. (Required)
• 2 or more years experience in working with Sales Force application. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. (Required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑centric approach. (Required)
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. (Required)
